A mother’s search for her missing son unfolds in Nick Payne’s new play, directed by Marianne Elliott.
When a teenager vanishes, his mother refuses to give up hope. As time fractures around her, she clings to belief, searching for meaning in a world that no longer makes sense. The Unbelievers explores the breaking points of grief, faith, and the fight to hold on when all seems lost.
Written by Nick Payne (Constellations, We Live in Time), the play is directed by Olivier and Tony Award-winning Marianne Elliott (The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Angels in America). Bunny Christie (Company, People, Places and Things) designs the production, bringing her signature visual storytelling to the stage.
