SILENCE! The Musical is an unauthorized parody of the Oscar-winning film The Silence of the Lambs. Rookie FBI agent Clarice Starling engages in a psychological battle with the brilliant but deranged Dr. Hannibal Lecter to apprehend the serial killer known as Buffalo Bill. Throughout this darkly comedic musical, a chorus of singing lambs delivers show tunes about the grimmest subjects. Complete with singing serial killers and hilariously titled songs, SILENCE! The Musical offers a relentless onslaught of irreverent humor. This iconic thriller, famous for its chilling quotes and gripping suspense, is reimagined as a musical extravaganza. With a chorus of lambs narrating, Buffalo Bill performing a hoedown, and Dr. Lecter dreaming of life beyond bars, the story takes on a delightfully twisted new form.

See it if you have seen (or read) the original: you'll love this interpretation. Very funny, fast moving, clever take-off, with great acting too.

Don't see it if you don't want to see a musical version. Especially as The Lambs do much of the singing: you'll love them. The language really is STRONG.
