Stella Saxby's life takes a tragic turn when her parents are killed in a car accident. Left in the care of her dreaded Aunt Alberta, a terrible woman with a penchant for hurting owls, Stella becomes determined to uncover the secrets of her family's grand estate, Saxby Hall. With the help of a friendly ghostly chimney sweep named Soot, Stella embarks on an adventure to unravel the mysteries of her aunt's sinister plans and reclaim her rightful inheritance.
