"A show that’s, by necessity, all about the performer. Luckily, Jenny Macdonald is committed and compelling as she shares her story. The narrative, though occasionally saggy, is etched in enough detail to offer the pleasure of a good yarn—or a relatable fable, complete with 'a queen, a princess, a devil, and the truest love'—but spare enough at the essential places to leave certain questions unanswered, ones that may well settle on you on your journey home."

NY Theatre Guide

"Macdonald is an agile, comedic, raucous actress who drags you along like a racing leprechaun in search of the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow…Joe Salvatore tells her story with his particularly glorious theatrical style. This collaboration has proved to be a great synergy between transformative truth telling and theatricality. The piece is beautifully imagined, perfectly executed, and crafted with wit and joy…We need more of these 21st century feminist fairy tales."
