Falconworks Theater Company presents an original, multidisciplinary work inspired by the words of Hurricane Sandy survivors.
This production fuses spoken word, song, and movement to tackle pressing issues of race and class in our community. It zooms in on the lives of a diverse group of residents who weathered the freak storm that raged from Hispaniola to the Great Lakes. Based in part on the EMMP Tell Your Story Project interviews and the article 'Race, Class and Disaster Gentrification' by Zoltán Glück.
