A revival of the 1936 play written by Federico García Lorca right before he was killed.
The play is set in the house of the widow Bernarda Alba, who lives with her five daughters and is preparing her house for eight years of mourning following the death of her second husband.
This production is translated by James Graham-Luján and Richard O’Connell and directed by Sarah Bellin.
'The House of Bernarda Alba' is the final show of the 55th season of Gallery Players in Brooklyn.
