Anton, a frustrated and isolated man, is stuck in a repetitive cycle of right-wing news, beer, and violence. Feeling trapped, he decides to end his life, but instead wakes up in Purgatory. Here, he encounters the omniscient Id, his neglectful mother, and his ailing grandfather. In this strange afterlife, Anton must confront his past and the people who shaped him. To escape Purgatory and reach oblivion, he'll need to face the purgatory of his own making. "Anton Goes to Heaven (?)" is a wild, vulgar, and absurd exploration of self and the afterlife.
