A cast of women navigates humor and chaos backstage as they face a post-Roe America.
In the dressing room of a regional theater in Oklahoma, it's 90 minutes until showtime for the bilingual parody O.K.!, a musical crafted by Argentinean producers who couldn’t secure rights to a well-known show. As Melinda prepares for the performance, she gets a distressing phone call—her abortion appointment has been canceled indefinitely due to Oklahoma's recent abortion ban. Her panic draws the attention of her sharp-witted New York Latina castmates, who step in to support her.
Amid the ticking clock, the women confront the harsh realities of post-Roe America, using humor, shared fears, and even some lively tarot cards to cope. With the show looming and emotions high, they anxiously wonder: What will Melinda do next?
