Awaiting trial, deportation, or something worse? Man of La Mancha tells the story of Don Quixote as a play within a play, performed by Miguel de Cervantes and his fellow prisoners as he awaits a hearing with the Spanish Inquisition. The tale of impossible dreamers on trial for their lives has captivated generations of audiences and, now, comes to the Astoria Performing Arts Center (APAC). Artistic director Tony Williams II spearheads the production.
