Lake Victory is an imagined village where rules dominate and love is reserved for one great man who presides over all. The citizens of Lake Victory lead the audience through parts of their typical day, including a shopping trip, praising their leader, and a night in the family home through song and dance. In this examination of what it means to serve and what it means to be served, the citizens prepare for the arrival of the Great Leader: a man they love, a man they worship, a man they've never actually met.
